THIS WAS THE BEST CHIPOTLE EVER. They got rid of the line quickly! The service was AMAZING! The food was GORGEOUS and tasted... soooooo freaking good. Clean store! Walked up to the door to find out they were accepting online orders only which was inconvenient but I understand things happen.... But how my food was given to me after this inconvenience was unacceptable. They didn?t even wrap it fully so it spilledeverywhere in the bag, and it was just slopped together. I can?t even eat my tacos with my hands now, I have to use a fork andhad to try and dig through the mess to even see where one taco ended and another started. It literally looks like my meal was abowl thrown in some foil and doesn?t even look like tacos. If I was forced to order my food to go then it should have been in ato go container and actually been presentable. Read more

Been coming here for a long time and I gotta say the quality of both food and service has really gone downhill. The picture... included is of the partially rotted piece of fruit they felt was perfectly acceptable to include in my daughter?s meal. Thelarge guac had multiple stickers from the avocados they mashed also. I understand mistakes happen but the food is always late,the portions are never consistent and apparently bad fruit for kids is just fine to serve. Sorry but I?ll be going to the oneoff Manchester from now on, they act like they care. Read more

I was looking for a quick meal, and I figured Chipotle was my best option with the limited time I had. There were a few people... in line before me so I waited my turn. I couldn?t help but notice how miserable the entire staff looked as they helped eachcustomer. None of them smiled, greeted the customers, or thanked them. When it was my turn, I was no exception. I ordered myusual veggie bowl, and paid. I went to get a fork, and all containers were full with spoons. I asked the person at the registerfor a fork, and she snapped back at me ?we don?t have any, we only have spoons?. No apologies or anything else, she just wentright to helping the next customer in line. Other than that, my bowl was kinda as expected, except my veggies were undercookedand only contained green peppers and red onions, strange? I guess forks weren?t the only thing they were out of today. Oh well? Read more

We just placed an order. They literally dumped ton of salt in rice. Never had this issue before. Like the employees did it on... purpose. I had to separate rice to eat rest of the food. Do not want refund or another order. We placed 3 different orders. Allof them we had to throw away rice. Read more

The door was held open for us by a nice man upon our arrival this evening so we did not see the sign saying that they were only... taking online orders. I was a little bit disappointed because I was there with my young daughter after a long week of work withmy husband traveling and we had to wait a bit when there was otherwise no one in the store. When I got home I was a littlesurprised to see my bowl only two-thirds full, especially because my daughter and I were sharing our meal. I would have gottenmore food had I been able to see this in-person like I anticipated doing so. I don't know why Chipotle would want to dissuadecustomers who want to come into the store to order, but I sure hope they are not turning away people without smartphones. Read more

Over multiple visits to this location in recent weeks this location is forcing all orders to be placed online and refusing to... serve customers in the store or handle basic requests. It is not possible to specify many order requests via the online/appordering system, and even the more basic orders I have placed have been incorrectly filled on multiple occasions. What?s more,they do not call out the names of completed orders and force customers to huddle around the shelf where they unceremoniouslyplace orders with no notice. This policy is purportedly because they are understaffed, but I fail to see how furiously fillingonline orders while dealing with a store full of frustrated customers alleviates staff, and a complete refusal of customerservice is not an acceptable response to a store?s own management failings. If you want more staff offer better pay/benefits.This formerly repeat Chipotle customer will not be returning. Read more
