The service at this location is deplorable. Asked simply for fresh hot fries and get told by the ?manager? nobody else... complained about them, well did anyone else pay for my order?? He then, unknown manger that refused to give his name, continuesto fuss and at that point, I said he is a poor example for everyone of the employees watching him, and I said with emphasis ? APOOR EXAMPLE?, he then begins to YELL, IF YOU CONTINUE TO YELL, YOU WONT GET A REFUND AND YOU CAN LEAVE, he was the ONLY personyelling, he is a big guy, guess he has the baby boy syndrome, that?s he he takes his position here to an extreme. I then walkedaround to the front counter and asked the cashier for a refund, he was trying to explain that he couldn?t do it, the the littlemanager comes around from the back and continues to say that if I keep yelling, he had been dismissed so why did he feel theneed to come around front?? Guess he wanted to feel important, so the female manager that has watched all of this unfold, comesto issue a refund, she did not refund the correct amount and wanted to go back and forth and I had to show her how much thetotal was and she had to go back in the draw to get the additional money, she refused to give his name as well. Plain cheese burger nothing else on it. That was one of the burgers ordered. I didn?t check it, my fault. It had pickles,... onions and mustard on it. My son didn?t have a fit. He just ate the fries. That?s a win. I learned that I have to check myorder. Corporate office contacted me and sent me two free combo meal coupons. That?s great customer service. Absolutely love our local Freddy's!! The staff is always friendly, our order is always right, the food tastes great every time &... you can see them cleaning the dining room/kitchen areas whenever there is down time. Not to mention, their reward program isgreat so we usually eat here 2-3 times a week!! Read more

Customer service here was awesome. I?ve been at the hospital for 24 hours needed to get something to eat. I stopped in here... and couldn?t have been happier. The men working the grill were awesome! overall burgers, custards, and concretes are good. the cheese curds are nice as well. location does get pretty busy even as the... night goes on. they were training a new person so did seem like they had a backlog of orders. there is a mobile and carry outoption from the app so that is nice. a bit confusing on carryout area in the store itself Read more

I'm a fan of Freddy's and look up locations when traveling. This location is a nice, large restaurant with plenty of indoor... seating and a nice outdoor dining area. It's hard to find and the parking setup is unusual - most of the spaces are across abusy driveway. Unlike other locations that offer a military discount every day, the cashier told me that they only offer it onMondays. Read more

Extremely clean restaurant. Watched them do an excellent job of cleaning after each customer. The chili dog was good but a... little too much sauce made the bun soggy.
