Specifically for Imos Olive east management. We?ve lived in this area for 4.5 years and have ordered pretty frequently during... that time. I ordered the fall feast today, went up to get it- the kids working were very friendly and provided good service.However, I got home and grabbed the pizza out of my car along with the toasted raviolis and salad, trying to balance everythingI dropped the pizza, and caught it vertically. Ran inside and opened it and of course it was non edible- all the toppings wereoff. Of course I?m all upset and my fiancé was like just call up there I?m sure they?ll remake it. we call up there and explainwhat happened, and asked if we could bring the pizza up and have it remade. The manager missy, could?ve cared less showed nocompassion whatsoever, and replied it wasn?t their fault so they wouldn?t be remaking it. Ok, sure, it was my fault- but it wasan accident that happened within minutes of getting the pizza? the lack of customer service just blows my mind that afterspending close to $40 we have no pizza eat. I feel like she was acting like we were trying to get a free pizza when we weregoing to bring the damaged pizza up. I don?t know maybe that?s unreasonable of us to think they?d remake it? So, I called someother pizza places- cecils and papa Johns, pretending I ordered from them and told them the scenario, just to see what theirresponse was- and they were both so nice and said sorry that happened and to bring it up so they could remake it! So, gave usthe answer- won?t be going to Imos anymore. Read more
The manager was very friendly. They prepared my pizza very quickly. It was hot and fresh. Very good service.
Visiting the area. Ordering was great. Delivery was quick. The food we ordered...blah. We ordered bbq wings and a small pizza.... The wings were bland with a heavy, heavy coating of bbq sauce. Both arrived hot. The pizza tasted like it had sliced Americancheese on it! Whaaaaat! You know how a good hot pizza has the stringy cheese when you pull it apart? Yeah.. that didn't happenand there was barely any sauce on it. Maybe it's time for a better recipe. Read more
Good classic deluxe Imo's pizza, personally don't care for the wings though and would not get that again. Recently got Imo's at... other location and the deluxe was terrible (didn't seem cheesy but creamy and just didn't taste right), so at least I know I cancount on this location. Read more
I LOVE this Imo?s!! Customer Service is excellent! One employee has especially impressed me ? Missy. She always has a positive... attitude and she took the initiative to learn my name. So now when I go into this Imo?s, I feel so comfortable - it just feelslike excellent individualized customer service. Great job Missy! Always enjoy a good IMO's pizza ????. What can I say, it's "the square beyond compare." This location has always been good to... us. Nice staff, accurate order and always very timely. Clean and there is seating inside and out if you'd like to eat there.Can't say I've ever been disappointed using this location whether to pick up or if we have them deliver. I certainly recommendthis location to anyone who has the urge for a great IMO's Pizza. Read more
I haven't had a bad experience. Usually I call in my order and when I arrive, it is ready to go. As far as the pizza goes, I... ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!! I am quite selfish when it comes to Imo's. My family and friends are aware that I will not share and theywill have to buy their own. I will put this disclaimer out there - everyone may not like it but I enjoy it! For newbies, I thinkmaybe trying the kids size pizza or getting a smaller one during the lunch special since it is more affordable that way. Read more
Tried to order online before 11pm since it says on the website online ordering goes until 11pm. However, it always says they... aren't taking online orders. Don't advertise you can order online until 11pm if you don't. Annoying and lazy. Read more
