Ordered pizza on a Sunday night, was provided an hour time frame. One hour and 20 minutes later, still no food. Attempted to... call multiple times with no answer. Drove up to the store and was told they were slammed. The reason for the 2nd star isbecause they did issue an immediate refund. When we returned home food was on the doorstep an hour after delivery time. Thiswas not our ordered food nor our address on the receipt meaning someone else just had a bad night too. I tried Jet's for the first time today for lunch. The manager (Nick I think) was very polite and made sure I was taken care of... since my Grubhub order didn't work out. The pizza was absolutely delicious and the pricing was decent for the 4 corners pizza-a generous portion that made this prego girl happy! I will definitely go back. Read more
Crust was great. The rest was meh. No flavor to the sauce and toppings didn't contribute much, even with "bold" pepperoni. Quite... underwhelming. Now I remember why I didn't go back after trying it a number of years ago. While it gets an 8 on appearance, itgets a 3 on flavor. The online ordering experience left a lot to be desired too. I don't like that I can't see the price ofanything until I put it in my cart. Dining room is currently closed but they have paper plates and plastic utensils available. Read more
So today just did it for me on this place. The only time I will order again is when the Owner Nick is there. So today was... suppose to be a replacement order and I got over charged, my pizza crust was wrong and gooey, and my cheese bread had meat but barely any cheese on it with the meat looking barely cooked all the way through. The driver was nice but stated that he was toldthat he had forgotten my 2 liter Pepsi last time, which he did and I can gladly have the camera rolled back to show him, becausethe way he stated it was if I was lying or as if he didn't forget. So after $15 in delivery fee's and $10 in tips and being overcharged. I have just not been this upset over ordering food in quite sometime. Then there was no dipping sauce like I requested.I feel that the owner's don't deserve a bad rating on the fault of their worker's. I would have ordered earlier but their phonekept giving me a busy signal and when someone would finally answer they claimed Nick wasn't there. A lot of employees for not much happening and and poor service. We walked in and placed our order and were told it would be... 30-45 minutes wait. No problem. Expected that. Did not expect to be denied a phone call to tell us the order was ready so wecould wait in the car instead of the packed dining area. Food itself was fine. Greasy, cheesy, bready; fulfilled my Detroitstyle pizza craving. Tasty. Otherwise unremarkable. Read more
