Excellent! My husband and I were in STL this week and we set out to find Korean food for lunch. We googled and found Joo Joo's,... and boy were we not disappointed! We ordered fried vegetable dumplings, I ordered the tofu Bibimbap bowl and my husband orderedthe seafood Bibimbap bowl. Mine was spicy and served with go chu jang sauce, just incredibly delicious. My husband's was serveda beef broth, he said if was delicious, I however did not try it as I have food allergies. The dumplings were crunchy andcooked perfectly. Our lunch was also served with a small bowl of kimchi. And our server was so nice. We are so glad we took achance on this restaurant! Read more

The stone bowls kept our dishes nice and warm, the red sauce was interesting to try and I do recommend it with the Mandu. All... the dishes were good tasting, even the sweet tea was on point. Read more

I brought my Korean friend to try this restaurant for dinner. The location was easy to find. There were plenty of parking out... front. The restaurant was clean but it had a limited decor and cheap tables and chairs. Food were average at best. Unlike otherKorean restaurants, its banchan was limited and laughable. We got 4 banchan in one dish and 2 banchan in another dish. So theyonly gave us 4 side dishes instead of 6. Staff never come back to refill our side dishes. My Korean friend wasn't too impressedwith our food or the restaurant. Read more

The service was good, but food was average or below. It was not the Korean food I'm used to. The banchan was sad. See picture.... Served in a styrofoam plate, portion seemed small, and not many options. I'm used to 8+ banchan options that can be sharedacross the table. I was so disappointed after that small amount of kimchi, and lacking the side dishes I craved. Seafoodpancake had good ingredients, but had a slight burnt oil taste. Kimchi jiigea was not what I am used to. It had jalapeno in itand glass noodles. I've never seen that in traditional kimchi soup. The rest of the soup seem okay besides those twoingredients! Ordered pork belly/samgyeopsal for BBQ. Would have been nice if more cuts of meat were offered on the menu forBBQ. They had a lot of pork belly options though, but expensive as I have purchased the same cuts of black pork belly from theKorean grocery store acrosst the street for far less. The meat requires no additional marinade or prep. Also thought it wasweird they served jalapeno and garlic with the BBQ instead of Korean gochu pepper and garlic. Read more

If you've ever wanted to try Korean food this is the place to try. The food is delicious, hot, and consistent. The service is... prompt, if not a bit aloof. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience here and will definitely be back again. Read more

An above average restaurant with plenty going for it! While the food is very expensive, the entrees are extremely flavorful. I... loved the spicy rice cake and bulgogi is to die for! Read more
