09/27/2022 6 pm Ordered the new chicken sandwich. It had been sitting in the drawer so long it was hard as a brick, dark brown... and beginning to burn. The hamburger patties for the two plain cheeseburgers I ordered for my son were like hockey pucks. Thefries were ice cold. There's just no excuse for this type of food. I worked at McDonald's for 8 years and I know exactly what'sgoing on in there. Cook a bunch of food put it in the warmers and steamers and stand around and do nothing. The manager on dutyshould be ashamed. If you pay 12 bucks for a fast food meal it should be hot and fresh. On a better note: The drive-thru ordertaker was very nice. Read more
I know it?s McDonald?s and I keep my expectations low so for me to give it a one star is saying something. Employees were rude... and treated customers like they didn?t exist and at one point I witnessed a employee verbally harassing a customer for trying toget their food remade because it was wrong. I?m sad that management here allows employees to treat customers this poorly.Hopefully they will have some change over and things will improve. Read more
Carbonation was out for sodas which was fine I ordered sweet tea and it was sour. I had two of them. Came inside from the drive... thru and was told nothing they can do. Manager refused to speak to me or give me my money back after standing there for 10minutes with passing employees saying nothing they can do they gave me 2 cups and the soda was fine in the dining roomridiculous the manager just kept shrugging his shoulders. I?m a a manager and would never let a customer sit like that and thenrefuse to do anything or talk to them. Fries are nasty, nothing they could do. Refused to give a receipt. Feeling sick working a 16hr shift needed food hadnt ate all day i come to this location I'm in the drive thru giving my order... and in the middle of placing my order she says um we just closed. But it's open 24hrs So apparently if you get there and it'stime for them to have a break they will just stop you in the middle of ordering to go out and have a break.,?? I made sure tolet all the other cars behind me know they were closed and we all left. Read more
It's a sign of the times but my opinion is that McDonald's is becoming just another fast food burger factory at most locations... in this area. Always busy drive thrus are accompanied by very little customer service activity / interaction on the inside. Imiss the older version - not a big fan of what it's morphed into today. Not just picking on this location, seems to be asimilar norm across the board. Read more
I went here at 4PM yesterday. The guy that took my cash was nice, hats off to him. But I did not get a receipt and I ordered a... BigMac that did not have cheese. I have not been at a McDonalds forever. I guess the menu changed and a BigMac does not comewith cheese now. No way to do a survey without a receipt. At least next time I think of going here, I will think twice. Read more
