Placed my order online, took over 1 hour to get ready. When I received my order my sandwich was burnt! Any other Panera I go to... my sandwich is never burnt only at this one! I have called over 5 times to speak to a manager and still no answer! I am highlyupset! Read more

At the New Ballas location, seems like the workers this Sunday morning haven?t been trained. They?re doing their best and are... nice, but they messed up a simple order (cafe mocha and a bagel not toasted) and took forever. Like 15 minutes went by for anorder to get out before mine, which took another 5. They just looked a little lost behind the counter. Management needs to helpthem out. Read more

I really liked this place , it was clean and quiet. Probably at lunch time they will be busy but it?s 10 am and it?s perfect!... You can study while getting your breakfast or comfortably enjoying your favorite book with delicious sandwiches . Read more

Unbelievable! Friday afternoon about 5pm I walked into the Creve Coeur BreadCo for bagels. ?Stepped up to order a baker?s... dozen, and the young lady said they were out of bagels. Right next to her were TWO TALL, FULL RACKS OF FRESH BAGELS!!! When Iinquired, the Manager ?Jenn? came out and told me those were for TOMORROW, so I couldn?t buy them!! No wonder this store wasvirtually empty at the dinner hour! WE HAVE WHAT YOU NEED, AS YOU CAN SEE, BUT WE WILL NOT SELL IT TO YOU. So I left withoutbuying anything. ?Not going back, either. BUY YOUR BAGELS ELSEWHERE FOLKS, where there?s a chance they appreciate theircustomers?. As I stated earlier- Unbelievable! Read more

I ordered food to be delivered to my work and they sent me the wrong size. This was supposed to be a large and cost $11 when it... is a small size. I tried to contact them multiple times via phone to correct the issue and the automated number hung up on memultiple times. Very bad customer service and now I do not have a large enough lunch. I am a teacher so I only had 30 minutesfor lunch, very disappointed. Read more

I usually have decent experiences at St. Louis Bread Company, but this visit was an odd one. First of all, they were completely... out of the most common types of bread (no wheat, whole grain bread, etc.), which seems odd for a "Bread Company" Second, Iplaced an order on the phone app from the parking lot in front the restaurant, and when I walked in a few minutes later Ireceived a text message saying that my order was ready. I also saw it show up on the order screen in the restaurant, and thenit disappeared after a few minutes. Several other people came and went, and after about ten more minutes my order was finallyready for me to pick up. The place was not even remotely busy, so I'm not sure why they were out of bread or where the wiresgot crossed on the order itself. A strange experience. Read more
