First, terrible curb side service with a broken ankle. Never appeared! Had to limp to get my food and still no help!! Love... everything bagel, but NOT on my bare claw!!! Call location, NO chance! This has got to be one of the grossest bread co. I?ve been to. I need internet to study and have gone to different bread co. For... the last 2 months and this is the nastiest. Every table is sticky with someone?s leftover trash. The floor is sticky that oldnapkins are stuck the bottoms of my shoes and fly and mosquito galore. It?s not that they made the order incorrectly, I can understand a mistake being made. I asked for No onions and the order... ticket printed No onions. Its how horribly the manager today handled it when I Brought it back into the store and showed her thereceipt. . She said I just should not come here then. She then offered to have it remade but then offered up and I quote ? I?m working with a bunch of 16 year olds here? I told her I would never be back. Panera has gone so downhill it?s a real sad. This is always a good stop. Great pastries and breakfast options, sandwiches for lunch, beverage options like you wouldn't... believe. I especially like the charged lemonades and they are an outstanding value if you join the Unlimited Sip Club. I finda way to get here at least 5 times a week and sometimes twice in a day. Read more
I paid $15 for a what was supposed to be a half sandwich and a tomato soup. My quarter sandwich was cold. The dining room was... dirty and I had to wait in line for a long time. Didn?t get my cookie I ordered. Had wait another 15 minutes in line for that.Going through airport security with my family was better than what I experienced here today. Take your money elsewhere. Visited this establishment while on vacation and the service is expedient, the personel helpful. By the way this is Panera... folks, so if you search for Panera in St Louis, this is what Panera is called here. I was very pleased to know that they had myfavorite sandwich, the Sierra Turkey. Will reccomend and visit again. Read more
