Worst service. People were fine, they just didn't care about anything. "I'm.going on break!" So they leave 1 person working... everything. Took for ever to get our food. Other woman had her head phones in, kept saying to the customer she was helping, "I'mnot talking to you. Food was disgusting. Out of the last four orders placed, not one has been correct, two have been cancelled with no warning. Multiple complaints to... corporate has lead to a free meal here and there, but when the replacement order get cancelled, a free meal is pretty useless. We will not be visiting this location again. I?ve only gone to this location a handful of times, so perhaps it?s just been a serious of bad days for the team, however each... time I?ve been they?ve been especially sluggish at their work including things like waiting ACTUALLY 25 minutes in a line withonly one person in front of me as well as opening more than 30 minutes later than they have posted on their door. That aside,the people are quite friendly so as long as you don?t care about waiting longer than most companies give you for a lunch breakin your job for some food during the less busy hours and god knows how long when they?re ACTUALLY busy, then I recommend thisplace. I'll start by saying they were understaffed, so not blaming everything on the three employees. But with that being said, the... place was absolutely filthy, there was food/trash on 75% of the tables, there was water on the floor from the A/C system, theydid not have 90% of the fountain drinks, and our order was messed up. Essentially wasted $35 on an absolutely horrible meal. Would have rather had the hospital food that we turned down to get this. Today I went in and there was a sign to order online on the door. I had to stand in line and place a order but was unable to add... vegetables to my burrito. I waited for assistance from the manager who was on the phone for a good 10 minutes in the front bythe grill. She finally came around and I asked her about it. She said she would add them but when I got home there was nothingadded, unfortunately my experience there was not good. Read more
QDoba Catering was ordered for the office today and Daniel, ???????? ???????? the caterer that serviced us was great. He was on... time, did the complete setup without hesitation, he provided training and gave feedback on everything ordered. He was pleasantto work with and even went as far as to fluff up the rice. It was an amazing expirence and he was definitely one of a kind.Would gladly choose this location again for catering. Oh yeah the food was delicious and the order was completely correct. Read more
Food was fine, queso tasted old, guacamole was just a big chunk of avocado in my cup very disappointed, the young man who was... making my chicken bowl was like he was zoned out I had to keep repeating what I wanted and I also kept asking for more in mybowl he kept putting barely anything it. He just wasn?t listening. The young lady at the counter who checked me out wasfriendly. Came for an online order pickup and waited about 30 minutes past my pick up time and when I asked if they had my order, they... stared blankly at me and wouldn?t respond at all.
