The employees are pathetic, never get orders right, fries cold, nuggets cold and tough as leather, burgers cold, they don't give... you the condiments you order, and this is consistent, whether you order drive-thru, mobile pickup, or inside at the counter.Avoid this place at all costs unless you are really really desperate and have no where else to get food. Grabbed a quick bite to eat today. I was asked to park in the Reserve spot until part of my order would be ready. However when... one of the employees brought out my order it didn't include my item. She asked me did I receive it at the window. I said no. She proceeds to inform me that she's going to upgrade my item and add a special dipping sauce. Now this is true QualityCustomer Service! I wasn't expecting the upgrade nor the special sauce. Very grateful for her service. Please keep thisyoung lady aboard and give her a promotion. Nowadays people forget to give quality service!
