at first it didn't look like my kinda pizza. then I tried it and absolutely loved it.
Called because they forgot some items with my order spoke to the owner on the phone he offered to credit me 5 dollars for... messing up a 40 dollar order had no dipping sauces for my breadsticks. Told him I was told 25 min for my order and it almosttook an hour to get. Owners response was "well I didn't have anyone else complain about the wait." Asked for a 15 dollar creditwas told he will not do that will not be going back and would suggest somewhere else in town for pizza. Read more
The food is good. But not as good as it should be for the cost. Its not crazy expensive, but it's up there. And they really Get... you on extras. If you want chips and a drink with your $9 sandwich it's going to be about $5 extra. The staff is usually rudeand they don't clean the tables or empty the trash. You can hear them arguing from the kitchen and they obviously don't want tobe there and they don't want customers there either. But the food is good. No brown lettuce or stale bread. Read more
We tried to dine in but the dining room was closed so we ate outside at a table in front of the building. The pizza was just ok.... The sauce was too sweet and it wasn't cooked long enough for my liking. The cheese was melted but not browned at all so it waskind of slimy. I wouldn't eat there again unless it was at the Cousins Subs in the same building. Read more
My friends and I had a little trouble finding the drive through. We were planning to go to Richard?s in Dunbar for their... All-You-Can-Drink Busch NA deal, but life had a different plan. Our stomachs growled, so after the wrong way around back, wefound the drive through expecting to get some quality sandwiches. We were pleasantly surprised when we saw that Figaro?s hadpartnered to provide pizza service. After we ordered, we realized that the pizza might take a while. So we put the car inreverse, pulled back in, and the kind gentleman explained that it wouldn?t take too long. As I munched on my cheese curds, thehurt of passing Richard?s stung a little less. So disapointed when I got home with my pizza. There must have been no more than a tablespoon of cheese. I kid you not. My wife... and I searched the whole pizza for cheese and found a few tiny bits. You can see the sauce everywhere and that was thin. It wasbasically crust with a lightly painted coat of sauce, onion and mushroom sparingly, and maybe12 little pieces of sausage. Foralmost$17. You czn imagine my dissapointment. A $6. Tombstone would have been a real pizza compared to this. Never go back tofigaros. Read more
Pizza was good. Wings were good , bigger than most places. Skimpy on the bbq sauce. More like a flavoring than a sauce. Hence... the 4 stars. Service was fast and friendly. Reasonably priced. Read more
Poor service 30min and no pizza. Excuse was the pizza person went on break. Young manager was unable to refund or discount debit... my card. Ordered at 3:05 finally got my pizza at 3:49 Read more
