They send coupons in the mail every month but when we tried to use them this month (June 2022) they said we no longer except... paper coupons but we use them there all the time, she said we stop doing it this month but we have been there twice this monthand they just asked 4 the code on the coupon so?? and the coupons say good through August 2022. After 9pm their french fries are always old and cold. Zero star for their french fries. They give me a coke that is out, so that... is water down sprite. They are done and give up... At least after 9pm. Read more
Haven't been there since Brian the manager served me a cold burger and called me a liar about it. Hopefully it has improved or... at least hired a new manager since then. For the sake of anyone who loves BK that is... I'll never go back, there are plenty ofplaces to eat. Read more
On Sunday December 5th, my husband and I went through the drive through. We ordered a #1and #4 without the drinks. Our total... came to $18. Plus change. My husband asked if she discounted our drinks and she said ?oh yes I gave you a 10% discount. When wegot our receipt it showed we got an .18 cent senior discount. Maybe instead of posting a now hiring sign they should train thestaff they already have. 10% of $18.00 is $1.80 not .18 cents. We are Seniors but 18 cents is an insult to us and Burger King. Actually pretty surprised the breakfast crew had incredible customer service. the worst place to eat in Crockett tx. I said light mayo and they go and put extra mayo ???? the workers are just lazy. They... won't even give you fresh fries at night. Like I literally don't understand why these workers preform so poorly. Everytime Icome and get a meal my fries are old and cold and my burger is never right. It took 33 MINUTES to get TWO BURGERS. If I wasn't with a group, who was also waiting for food (some who ordered after me but... got their full meals before I got my two burgers), I would have asked for a refund and left. We had to keep track of the drinksor shakes that people had ordered, because they weren't. The drive thru seemed more organized, but inside was ridiculous andseemed normal. FYI, the burgers were disgusting and got thrown away. After watching them cross contaminating everything withtheir gloves, and waiting that long, I didn't even want it, at that point. Read more
An employee named Or goes by Bessie didn't want to accept my coupon that we got in the mail recently, she said they switched to... digital on the app and I send email to them and they said I should be able to use it, they don't know why they would refuse itso I went back again and she still refused and they locked the doors around 8pm even though the sign says 11 or 12am.
