My card information was recently stolen . I was told they will not give a refund, and the district manager has not called. I was... told I have to dispute this with my bank. They have cameras, I have proof, but yet they won't issue a refund.....if this is theway they choose to do their business - who in the world wants to spend their hard earned money at a place who basically took 50dollars out of my pocket and gave it to someone else! very horrible pizza and I will NEVER order Pizza Hut again
Ordered a Big Dinner Box and paid, then left to go to Wal-Mart. Came back a little past when they said it would be ready. The... employee remembered me and quickly got me my order. Also was very helpful as I was placing the order. Helped me know which saucefor the wongs to not be too spicy. Overall one of my better experiences at this store. 10 out of 10. Read more
They got my order wrong... was supposed to be pan and it was hand tossed, so I called and who ever answered said that I needed... to bring the pizza pack and that I need my receipt, didn't say sorry or anything, they just said I had to wait instead ofremaking my order when I called and told them my order was wrong they have my family waiting to get the correct order.... that'snot ok... not happy.... didn't even offer to give me the pizza that was wrong instead threw it right in the trash....smh come onpizza hut get it together... and now I got alot of hungry kids... Pizza hut app does not apply changes made to an order before sending it. If you change the toppings and apply them after you... send your order none of the changes made actually went through. Read more
Staff greeted me immediately & took payment. My pizza was ready on time & exactly as I ordered. Have always had great service... at this pizza hut. Staff are topnotch! Read more
Love it. Best pizza place in town. But curbside pickup took longer than expected so I had to go inside and pick it up. But... everything was great. Staff are friendly and helpful. Read more
Order was ready when I arrived. Exactly as ordered. Employees very courteous.
