Worst run Subway I've ever been to. We've eaten there multiple times and the way this one is managed is horrible. Do yourself a... favor and go up the road to the Grapeland Subway; they know how to run a restraunt. There is a reason they can't keep employeesfor any length of time, and have constant turnover. The food is ok. It?s a typical Subway. The problem is when you order thru the app they NEVER get the order correct. They don?t... make the sandwich the way you order it or they leave items off entirely. I?ve ordered thru the app twice and both times they?vemessed up my order. Do better!!!! Read more
So my grandma and I stopped here to eat while on our way home. The food was good however there was one employee there who was... extremely rude. I had ordered a Black Forest ham but on a tomato basil wrap. Apparently at this location they only allow ONEextra meat item because it will be ?too hard for them to roll? if i had added any more. All she allowed me to add was bacon wheni had wanted to salami and pepperoni as well. Why is it that EVERY other subway has no problems at all adding whatever i like tomy sandwich yet this employee was not having it. She had no reason to very rudely tell me i can only add bacon. She needs tolearn some manners and she definitely needs to work on her customer service because she is NOT very customer friendly. Read more
The staff are super friendly and they ask you specifically as to what you want on your sandwich so they'll know to always make... your sandwich right the first time! And the food is awe inspiring. It has kept me and my son going back for more!! Great jobSubway!! Read more
