I would rate 0 if I can. Walk in with my family for 4 adults and 4 kidsWhen the food is ready to the table, the girl leave all... of them in one corner. My wife told her that the shrimp one is hers, but she didn?t put it before my wife table, just walkedaway. The guy and the girl (they said she is the manager) is not nice at all. When we try to pay the bill, the lady tell my wifeit?s $159 without itemized receipt, and she didn?t tell us that there?s 18% tip included already.my wife leave 10 dollars on thetable for tip already and we don?t want to pay 18% for the rude service. The guy told us we have to pay for it because we usethe restroom and they need to clean the table. The guy said he will call the police if we don?t pay 18% for the tip.it is soembarrassing right before the kids. Customer service was very friendly and kind. I got there 10 minutes before closing and they still took my order without rushing... me. Even though the kitchen was about to close. When I got my food everything still looked fresh, and put together. Thanks toeveryone who worked there that night who allow me to order. Also to the cook for making my food properly at the last minute ofclosing. It was my first time experiencing Pho from this location. I will definitely recommend. Read more
Great casual place for noodles. Reasonable prices. The Pho was delicious. The vegetables including basil and bean sprouts were... on the side so you could put as much or as little as you like. They briefly forgot our spring rolls. But after a reminder, theybrought them promptly and apologized. The spring rolls were great. They brought us green guava candies at the end of our meal. Best Pho ever!!! Definitely my favorite spot for the perfect Pho. They have a variety of options including healthier (vegetable... pho) options which I love. The Pho was really good. Not alot of condiments you would get in Philly, but for being in the boones, it's really good. Eat... there, you won't be disappointed. I enjoy the foods here, but today was weird. The guys who usually there is not today. The younger new waitress does not said a... word. Not even ?ok?. Cleaning up tables throwing and making very uncomfortable loud noise. Girl at the front saw me standingthere not even said a word and walked away. At least said ?give me a minute?.
