Went through drive through couldn?t order a double whopper with cheese meal because they said they were closing soon because... it?s a Sunday when it wasn?t even 9 o clock and their hours say 11 then once I got my food it was cold and inedible and theycharged me for a large single whopper meal without asking what size and cost me 17$ for food I had to throw away. This place is filthy!!! I haven?t been to BK in years and didn?t know why now I know. The customer service is non existent!!! I... went through the drive through and waited a few seconds before I hear ? what do you wanna order ? I should have left at thatpoint. I get to the window the women gives me my total hands me my change , gives me my food and closes the window and walksaway. No thank you nothing. I open my bag and my fries are cold and looked like they had been sitting for hours. I pull aroundand go inside, I get inside and the 3 employees are on face talking to someone laughing talking having a great time. I saidthese fries are cold, the girl takes them mutters something in Spanish to the guy he makes more fries as I wait they continuetheir conversation on FaceTime in Spanish. My fries are ready she hands them to me and continues to talk to the other 3employees. I have never been treated so poorly at a fast food place. Who hired these people?! Worst fast food place ever. Can't even call it fast.. ordered 2 Big Fish and fries, took 10 minutes just to order, then 20... minutes to get the food. The fish was awful square flat pieces. Absolutely disgusting. This place used to be okay at best, but I've now learned that I need to avoid it. The cashier took 12... minutes to acknowledge our existence at the window, but only after I watched her handle cash from the car in front of us, helpthe other staff members out by prepping food with her bare hands, checking her phone, using her hands to then put the fries intothe cup. I don't understand how some people lack the knowledge of why you have the cashiers separate from the food preparationworkers. There were no gloves and no sanitation methods used. I will never return here. I don't blame the cashier, I blame poormanagement and their obligation to properly train their workers. I drove away after watching. This is one of the worst managed Burger Kings I ever seen. They're food is not up to par. Theyre people don't know how to greet... u nicely. Breakfast is finished very early because kitchen decides it will. They are super slow! Rude! Some are always on therephones, fries, rings, patty cold cold cold. They call customers names! It is terrible. I can't believe they don't address thisplace! So many unhappy customers! ???? Dissatisfied with very poor service. It's rare that I compain about food especially in the fast food industry, but I had to create an account just to post this. Get... that lady working at drive-thru out of there!!! This is the 3rd time the past year she's taken my order, and every single timeit's like pulling teeth. She hates her job and takes it out on the customers. The lady working the drive thru was rude she couldn't speak english that good and she talked so fast it was even harder to... understand her! We ordered 2 ham and cheese breakfast melt meals and when we got up to the window she only handed one meal andmy husband's french toast! He told her we was missing a meal she's like you only paid for one! He's like okay but I ordered twomeals you even repeated it back to me! She snatched his card out of his hands and continued to be rude! After we pull off I goto get our meals out and it's not what we ordered it was a ham and cheese on a small croissant not no melt!! If I could give a negative star review I would. The chicken sandwich is smothered with mayonnaise for one. The lettuce is brown... and mushy. The entire sandwich is soggy and flat. And I have two of these I don't even want to feed to the birds. In the trashit goes. Horrible. Oh and to top it all off the people making your sandwiches don't wear hair nets. I'm not sure if they weargloves or not I didn't see their hands.
