Work in area so started using this dunkin about a month ago and they probably got the order correct once since I then. I order... ice coffee with whip cream and pay for it and never get it. Also avocado toast paid for bacon on it and never receive it. It?snot about the nickel and dime it?s about principal and customer. The employees are not too friendly and seem to have badattitude when you have a specific request. I will probably start avoiding this dunkin even though it?s convenient. Read more
I?m done with this place. I been going here for more than 5 years and I can?t take it anymore. The morning crew is always in a... bad mood, the afternoon kids are always talking over you when you placing your order or on their phones, the night lady is outof control. Somehow the system is always down. Must be black magic or something. I come here everyday, get the same thing everytime and somehow my order always gets messed up. We pay so much for coffee and they always make it wrong. I hope this Dunkin?get shut down and soon because the owners don?t longer care anymore. Read more
Went through drive thru at night and she told us system is down, registers not working with no screens showing. Another review... says the lady does this every night. Im from out of state on a 12 hour commute. Can you please hold them accountable and firethem if they're the only person keeping the store open and they're not working? Read more
Nothing really special here, sausage egg and cheese wake up wraps were good as were the hash browns. I guess I will say I felt... as though I got a couple extra hash browns here which put a smile on my face. Read more
Didn?t know how the mobile app functions as I never go to Dunkin anymore. In drive thru, we were rushed through by the girl at... window. I asked her how to scan so I can get rewards for my purchase. Her response was ?oh I?m sorry you already paid so there?snothing I can do.? Instead of fixing the issue and providing customer service. I purchased things and want my rewards points.That is insane that she can?t scan my purchase after taking my card. In that case, she should have canceled my purchase andtried again since I was asking specifically how the app worked. Worst customer service ever and another reason to add to thelist why Starbucks is a million times better than Dunkin. Dunkin remains serving burnt, watery iced coffee which is 80 percentice, and bagel sandwiches with completely unmelted American cheese. Somehow a large iced coffee and a breakfast sandwich was 11dollars and I CANT use that towards rewards. Do yourself a favor and always go to Starbucks or literally any local coffee shopover this garbage business with zero customer service. Thanks so much for nothing! :) Read more

The only Dunkin I've ever seen with a fish tank. Quick service multiple seating options. The location is close to a stop light... which can make it difficult to turn left when leaving should it be a heavy traffic time of day. Read more
