Update: I have been here again recently and the service has improved, although sometime you are still ignored for several... minutes. I understand that employees can be busy, but all it takes is a greeting or saying they will be right with us just sothat you know you are not being ignored. Totally ignored by employees. I went in around dinner time, there was only one othercustomer inside the restaurant, they were waiting to recieve their order. No one ever came over to take my order. Employeeslooked over multiple times, some even walked past the counter totally ignoring us. When the other customer recieved her order,the employee just turned around and walked away. I stood there waiting for almost 10 minutes and was totally ignored. Anotheremployee was on break in the lobby and walked past to go out the door for a smoke and they said hi but didn't do anything oreven call over another worker to help us. Also not really a complaint but just something to be aware of, the radio was loudlyplaying some music that was on the inappropriate side for a restaurant to be playing. If you are going to go here, go to thedrive-thru, don't go inside since the drive-thru seems to be more important than front counter service. Read more
Giving a 3 star because staff was friendly. Spent $40 bucks on a strip meal with 3 large sides , 6 biscuits. Got home no... dipping sauce that I asked for , for 12 strips , biscuits are usually dry but all 6 were fresh a week ago, dropped one on thetable and almost took the paint off, very disappointing especially with the prices we have to pay Read more

The last three times I went through drive through and ordered my meals all three times the meals were wrong or missing food. The... first time I called and spoke to the manager she was very polite and kind. She offered to replace the food and did. The secondtime I didn?t call or return I just ate whatever food they gave me. The last time they messed up my order it was missing piecesof chicken and a side. I called the same manager again and she said to come in and my food would be replaced. When I came in onanother day the other manager or employee was unpleasant with me and made me feel uncomfortable for coming in to get my foodreplaced. She gave me a stank look and scolded me for not telling her in the drive through that I had my name on a list to getfood. (I didn?t say anything because it?s easier to explain at the window ) everyone in that interaction seemed to beuncomfortable with me coming in to get my food and I will not be returning now to that restaurant. The manager I spoke to wasvery kind but the rest of the restaurant is a mess. I worked in fast food for a few years and we always took care of ourcustomers, used manners and corrected mistakes made.
