This place is SO delicious! I got the pho with rare beef and brisket. Meat was great and they give you a lot! My boyfriend got... the pho with oxtail, he said it was great. I live in Manhattan where there are a ton of authentic top notch Vietnamese restaurants. I have to say, this place would fit... perfectly right in! The service and food is excellent! It was a short wait for the food and everything tasted delicious. Hadthe pleasure of speaking with Ken (1 of the Owners, I think) who was a delight in conversation. I was only in town for 2 days.If this place wasn't over 2hrs away, I'd come here at least once a week! Put it this way, we gave a $20 tip for our $46 tab. Itwas that good! ???????? My husband always craving Vietnamese food and we can never find a good place in NY , we came here for the weekend as we do every... year . We found this place and we felt bad going in at first because it was 20 mins before closing , but the owner accepted usand of course served us an amazing and fresh food. The Pho Dac Biet was absolutely delicious. Very fresh basil and bean sprouts. Broth was stellar. Noodles cooked perfectly. Meat... was scrumptious. I also ordered the vietnamese coffee, not the one with condensed milk and it was very very nice. Not sure whatsugar was used, but the coffee had a amazingly unique and delicious taste. I loved their soup. I have been to many Vietnamese places, this establishment is clean. The staff are very nice, and the food is... amazing. The soup comes cold when you get it to go, so you have to warm up the broth. If your eating in they bring it hot. Allof the different ingredients come separately packaged. I had been looking for these triangles AKA shrimp rolls in forever and they're finally back. It's so delicious that I can't stop... eating them. Their pho and pork chops are so flavorful that you want to come back for more or also take a to go. Their staff isvery attentive, has great great personality and customer service (Jonathan and Amy). Delicious and tasteful food. Prompt and professional service. A clean and inviting atmosphere. What more can you really ask for?... To start, the shrimp spring rolls were delightfully fresh and the peanut sauce that came with them was great. We then had thechicken pho which was so incredibly delicious that I finished the entire thing. The staff are also super friendly and helpful(shout out to John). As other reviews have mentioned, the inside of Pho & Grill is exceptionally clean. Definitely the first thing you notice. Had... the Traditional Vietnamese Sandwich with extra meat. It's a medium sized baguette sandwich and everything was freshlymade/prepared and tasted really good. Sandwich has a nice combination of cilantro, carrots, cucumber, jalapeños with ham andpork. The one downside is the "extra meat" really wasn't much at all. I would hate to see the amount of meat in the regularversion?? Read more
