My first time visiting Ruby Tuesday with my family, and going to be my last time, orders 2 8oz Top Sirloin dinner with mashed... potatoes, 2 Top Margaritas, an order of Buffalo wings. The Margaritas used the cheapest produce and it was awful and the 2dinners looked like kids orders. Read more
If I can give a negative review I would, the food was horrible, we got over cooked stale steaks and one of the stakes was cut in... half, the waitress was nice enough to switch our plates and the food was still horrible. Thank god they are closing, thought togive it one last chance, worst mistake. Read more

I go here as often as 3 times a week. This location is the best in CT! Great food! The salad bar attendant is excellent at... keeping everything fresh and stocked! The servers Laura and Layla (sorry if I mis-spelled) are absolutely amazing, they go above and beyond what is expected and to be honest, deserve a raise! They always remember our order, they are on top of therefills, and just pleasant. I wish they were not closing down and building a TX roadhouse? going to be a sad day when thathappens. Read more

It was a very nice experience ! I will say this has been one of the better visits I've had. We were seated quickly, the service... was very friendly, and of course the food was exquisite. Service was excellent, reason for 3 stars was the quality of the food. Love Chilis chili - ordered a bowl without cheese. First... bowl came out with cheese and super burnt, waitress brought a second bowl (no cheese) that looked like the chef had scraped thebottom of the pan, all burnt crust again When she came back I asked for a fresh bowl and the waitress knew right away afterlooking at this one. She came back with a fresh bowl and said she prepared it herself. I am in awe that the kitchen staff wouldsend out two bowls of burnt, bottom of the barrel scrapings of chili.
