Service has been going down for a while now. Most of the strong workers left recently and now they hired a bunch of degenerates... to include but not limited to men with skirts, women with tattoos all over the place, and piercings everywhere. They are loud,use profanities, and engage in conversations that they should not be talking about at work.....meanwhile the manager, who Ithink name is Greg just sits in the front listening but doing nothing about it. None of them look professional and the servicethey provide reflects it. My guess is they got rid of the strong hands for others with low self-esteem who are unlikely tounionize.....which is what they are trying to prevent. Maybe they should unionize so the customers would benefit from betterservice and not at our expense. Read more
Not my regular shop. Mine is Middletown. Service was good. Coffee was just ok. Not as good as middletown

I don't think I got decaf when I asked for decaf.. I'm sensitive to the caffeine in regular coffee so after drinking it, my... heart rate went through the roof and I starting having bad anxiety too. It was good though and the workers were nice, it's apretty easy mix-up so I don't blame them at all, just keep in mind that when some people ask for decaf they really can only havedecaf. Read more

I stopped at this location this morning and ordered a Iced Carmel Machiatto and this is what I received. This is the first time... I have gone to this location. I think they need more training. As I had no Carmel in my drink. Very disappointed by this. Willnot be back to this location. Sorry Starbucks, but I believe your East Coast locations do not have a clue on how to make goodcoffee drinks. West coast store run circles around these East coast locations. Read more
This Starbucks is by far the best in the area. The manager has put together a diverse team that works great together. They get... orders out as fast as possible and make the Starbucks experience so much more enjoyable. I love coming in in the morning for anice hot chocolate croissant and some iced coffee.
