Reviews for Taco Bell in Cromwell, CT
They are not bad compared to the other Taco Bell up the road. I'd rather go out of my way to come here, for better service.
I stopped here tonight to get some food since I got off work late and wanted something quick to eat. It was exact opposite of... what I had expected. I placed my order in the drive-thru window at 6:37PM, I did not leave the drive-thru until 7:20PM. Therewas 3 cars in front of me. I called them to ask why the delay and I was hung up on. I am not sure if they are understaffed, butthey are definitely rude. The only reason why I am giving it an extra star is because of the young man who worked the drive-thruwindow. He was stellar and he did make the wait bearable in end. If a manager reads this review, please do something about timemanagement and give kudos to the kid who worked the window on the evening of October 17th for his customer service. Read more
Just left Cromwell location, Friday night absolutely slammed busy and the crew of the 3-4 employees there at 9:15 pm displayed... an impressive work ethic. I?ve been to several other locations in the same situation and seen the employees get overwhelmed andfrustrated. Read more

Would give no stars. Awful service. Two older ladies came in after me I let them go first. The girl at window didn't acknowledge... us , she looked nervous, what looked like could of been a manager was too busy hiding behind corner on her cell phone peeking atus every so often. I'm from out of town, extremely hungry and had to use restroom. Knocked no one in there but you can't get in.Fire girl on cell phone . You'll see her on your cameras. I used to enjoy going to this restaurant but sadly, I try to avoid it because it TAKES FOREVER to place my order, then takes... FOREVER to get the food. They're obviously under-staffed and it's been like this for several months. The food is good and Ienjoy the meals but they need to hire more staff. They do have "machines" where you can place your order but I still believe indealing with HUMANS! Read more
Very frustrating!! So we order a large box of tacos all without cheese, we open it up and every taco is a shell with a tiny bit... meat inside and nothing else. Also with the tacos we ordered they Steak Power Bowl. This usually lasts me 3 meals. This time itwas more than half empty! On top of that it?s completely missing the lettuce and there?s hardly any rice (there were more beansthan rice). You can see the bottom of the dish in the corner from the photos taken before I started eating. I was so irritatedto have spent THAT much on hardly any food, and all of it made wrong at that!!! After waiting 45 minutes total (with only 2 cars in front of me) and about 25 minutes at the window I had to get out of the car,... knock on the window, and ask for a refund. Literally stopped here just because I was on my way to an event and thought it wouldbe quick but now I'm probably going to be late. Would have left earlier but I was trapped between cars so there was no way out.Don't go here unless you want to waste an hour of your life. Read more
