I ordered a platter and left a 20 dollar tip for the short notice and the person who made my platter didnt recieve the tip or... even know anything about it. Sounds like some greedy misers own this establishment. Keep your tips unless you're handing them tothe person yourself. Read more

I ordered 5 subs and they screwed up every single one. They put so much sauce on one that the bun was nothing but mush. I've... ordered a sub from here before and they straight up forgot to put the dang meat on it. This Subway is a joke and should beavoided. Read more

I was having a bad day... I also work in food service and I had a 5 hour rush and it was very busy where I work... We have total... of 10 employees at my place of business... I stopped at the Crooksville Ohio on May 6th, 2022 and the young man who was working,paid for my sub... There was only two employees at that time, a female and this amazing young man, I don't know his name but Ican say; an amazing thank you!!! Read more

Ordered online as I always do.... Was unable to remove guacamole from my wraps because it is locked. I've called before after... ordering online to make sure they did not put the guacamole on and was told every time(4) that they put the guacamole on theside unless directed otherwise. So today we pick up the order and find that they have guacamole and a ton of sauce when Iordered 1/2 sauce. No big deal, I'll just take them in and have them correct the order. BECKY was at the counter when I returnedand proceeded to tell me that I was wrong and she would not correct the order. "It says guacamole on the receipt, sorry." shesaid!! Let's just say subway just lost a lot of business. BECKY should have known better to treat a customer that way, she'sbeen in the business since the nineteenth century. Read more

Stoped at subway with family for dinner. Walked in we were only customers in the store. Three people standing there not doing... anything. My son was going to order frist. The one of the three lady's said it was going to be over half hr. Like I said no elsewas in the store they told me that all 3 of them just got big online order and we would have to stand and wait till they wereall done. None of them were working when me and my family walked in. They didnt even have one pice of bread on the countertop. Read more

We ordered about 24 minutes before the store closed and ordered 4 subs and was told that we could only receive meats cause the... veggie bar was already closed. They were not very good that way. However stopped back in next day with receipt and manager washappy to fully refund the meal and comp us with 4 subs to replace the night before.
