Tried the new rotisserie chicken with garlic aioli and it was amazing!.
I only like going in when certain people are working because some people don?t know how to make a sandwich right and you have to... ask for everything extra and it?s annoying depending on the worker that day. Today I went in and their was someone new workingand both ends of my Sandwich were all bread and no toppings at all. I definitely was a little upset for spending extra for?extra? toppings and it was like their was no extra and some toppings missing on the sides. Read more
Slow! I was the only person in there ordering, and wow! There is no reason to not have things prepped so you dont run out of... them. I had ordered 4 sandwiches. The girl was going to put 2 scoops of tuna on a foot long. (I honestly didn't know how many goon there, but asked because it looked pathetic) the quality of the veggies that they actually did have there were lacking. MaybeI'm picky because I work in a kitchen, but just sad. Then, to top off this whole experience, one of the bmt subs had a long hairin it. Yup, we all were done wirh our meal after that. Love that there is a Subway in Crosby MN. It's nice to be able grab a sandwich for the trip back to the cities. The employees... are friendly and patient. Also like the location easy in with our truck and pull out. Read more
I went in in the 3rd of July at 645 pm. The employee on staff was told to not make bread. So the only option was Flatbread or... salads. He was told this by another employee. As a former restaurant manager, this experience was appalling. The employee onduty was basically left as the brunt of this situation. The management of this store should be ashamed as they left their storein this situation, on days where they could have made more money than any other day of the year. With a single employee toexplain their situation. Not only that, I got sandwiches 2 days prior and was not only not informed of the early closing, eitherby sign or otherwise that the store was closing early on the 3rd. This situation brings up many issues with the management andownership of this facility, as regards to employees and services provided. It is disgusting to leave employees in suchsituations, it is disgusting in business ethics to deny profits to be made, and it is downright wrong to put your stores in suchsituation without any forwarding or notification to those who frequent your stores. Used online ordering here. It was awesome. They had my chips and sandwiches ready to go. All I had to do was grab a drink. Very... happy to see everyone wearing masks. They made my food well, very specific to my order. Staff is friendly. It seemed very cleaninside. Read more
