Although I got here about 30 minutes before they closed, I ordered and got my food really fast, the manager at the register was... very helpful. I noticed how clean this place is, how well the workers work together, and how fast they get the food out. Thisplace has free wi-fi and outlets and TV. Not one to leave reviews, but you would think that when a Chick-Fil-A opens right next door to you taking 90% of your business,... you would go above and beyobd to earn that business back. No serve cold food. If Chick- Fil- A opening next door wasnt enoughto inspire not notch customer service, hot food, and over all excellence, then you wont be open much longer...smh. I love the fish sandwich at Burger King but this location has a lot to be desired. Not very friendly. Also, they changed the... pickles and they changed the way they make the quarter pounder, they no longer put Lettuce and tomatoes on it. Read more
The veggie burger would be better if they actually heated it up... a cool burger is crazy the meat should always be hot.
Best Burger King we've ever experienced!! We've been several times and the staff is always nice, the restaurant is always clean,... and the food is always fresh! Even if they have slightly messed up our order a time or two, they are quick to resolve it. We'venoticed Burger King's never attain an overall 4-star rating or higher. The place was clean, the people were nice but the chicken wasn?t cooked all the way for my chicken sandwich and I was missing an... order of chicken nuggets and the one order of chicken nuggets I did get were over cooked like that had been sitting under aheat lamp for some time. If that wasn?t bad enough i was told I could not have my receipt. (Though I didn?t fully understandthe reasoning as to why and I was in a hurry so I just left). Read more

Would give less stars if possible.. 10 minutes in line, no cars in front, lady finally walks out says drive thru isn't working (... her words not mine). Ordered 1 whopper with cheese no onions and 8 CT jalapeno poppers. Paid cash wasn't given receipt, nobiggie. Except that the jalapeno poppers were still frozen... Pulled around told the lady she brought another order out. Askedif I wanted to check them. Didn't want to open all 8 . Checked 1 it was ok. (For reference sake this lady was very nice, Ijust didn't catch her name). Kept my way back to Baytown opened the burger. Meat has cold water coming from it. And 3 of thenext 4 jalapeno poppers once again frozen in the middle.. took until after 6pm to get a phone call answered. Only to be told tocome back or call back tomorrow. Now my order happened at about 1150 am. So yeah won't be getting food from here again. Read more
