I?ve tried this chick fil a three times. Via online order, have waited over 10 minutes after arriving to the place for my order... each time also first Chick-fil-A I?ve ever found a hair in my food believe it was facial hair because it was very tiny like aeyelash or some thing and first time I ordered my order was wrong. I don?t write a review unless it?s just unbearable to go toand It?s sad because I do love Chick-fil-A I would definitely figure something out guys. Read more
Place is new and nice. Staff was nice and the food was warm. First chick fil a I?ve been to that served me a brownie that was... actually warm. I?d give them a five star if they did not forget my entire chicken sandwich. Usually I don?t write reviews (not bad one?s at... least). But after a long day, my fiancé and I decided to get dinner. Staff was great. I guess it?s on me to make sure we haveeverything. Got everything correct except my spicy chicken sandwich which was almost $8. So I?d say I was a bit disappointed.Maybe they?ll get it right the next time. I will come back. Overall got us everything else right. Staff is awesome. They have so many people working so that their new staff can all be completely trained and ready to provide... great customer service to their customers. They should remove the Burger King next door from the parking lot to provide moreparking since Burger King basically gets only 1 new customer per day! You guys rock! I wish I would leave 10 stars! Went to the Grand Opening. It was busy but still got through the line quick! Nice staff members.
I understand this is a newer location and everyone is still learning. Please explain to me why the wait time in this drive thru... is almost double the amount of time than surrounding Chick-Fil-A's? I've noticed more and more businesses are forgettingfreshness and busy times. The only issue besides freshness I have is condiments are never in the bag even when you add extra.
