I have been on vacations for one month, so i have been eating in restaurants at least 3-4 times a week during this time. This... is the worst place i have been in all this time. The place is old and outdated, the ac in the ceiling is leaking everywhere, the waiters/waitresses take forever to take your order and then never come back to see if you need something. After a while I had to go straight to the front in order to check out because nobody showed up to ask if I was ready. Not even mention that thefood is average at most. How I ended up in this place? Because hungry jack was packed. I should've waited. Never again. Read more

Wow!! Didn't know smoking was allowed inside this building. Why? Food is good, unfortunately I won't be able to bring my family... for a good meal...second hand smoke kills, specially our kids! Won't be coming to this restaurant anymore, cigarette smoke isoverwhelming. Read more
We usually don?t leave reviews! But?. We have to brag! We can not say enough about Hectors in Crosby! If we could give more... stars we would! We ordered chicken and beef fajita dinner for 60 ppl for an event. From the initial quote, to calling back andscheduling our order, the delivery and pickup it was all EXCELLENT! The price was reasonable. They delivered on time. Customerservice is amazing!! They brought the food in food warmers and the food stayed warm all night long! The food was incrediblyamazing! The fajita meat was so tender and just melted in our mouths! The beans, rice and queso was just as delicious! Chips andsalsa was delicious! We never ran out of food. They brought all the condiments, sour cream, guacamole, shredded cheese, You nameit! Plates napkins, cups, cutlery. They even brought ice and a pack of aluminum pans for our leftovers, which we wasn?texpecting and we were very grateful for. Everything we needed was there! The sweet tea was quite good too! Everyone wasimpressed and asked us where we ordered the food from. Of course we told everyone HECTORS in Crosby. Thank you Hectors forhelping make our event memorable! We appreciate everything! My word! The customer service of this place is out of this world! I have food allergies like milk and cumin. Going to a Mexican... food restaurant is hit or miss. If I find a place that doesn't make me sick I'll frequent but when i moved i had to find a newplace. My first trip to this place I told them I wanted to see what they put in their green sauce. When i said i can't have sourcream he said i will make you some. The chef personally created me a green sauce on the spot that was amazing! My food came outquick and turned out it had cheese. I told them I couldn't eat it and he brought me some amazing flautas in 3 mins! I'm not onlytipping them big, I'm a customer for life! Read more

Honestly, I love this place. The staff are friendly, the tables clean. The food, immaculate. Sadly, today just wasn't the day.... Stayed in there for almost 20 minutes due to misplacing the check along with the credit card. But, this one mistake will notstop me from loving this place, so if you ever deal with something like that, don't let it deter you from trying again. Irecommend the burritos. Read more
Was seated automatically and brought our drinks within minutes by the host? after that we watched as two servers walked into the... section and did not come over once to check in or to ask if we were ready to order. After waiting over 15 minutes we decided topay for our chips and drinks and go down the street to taqueria el regio where our order was taken and we received our food allwithin 10 minutes .
