UPDATE:So as you can see in the comments jack in the box left a comment, right!? well I?ve tried to do the whole complain off... the website but it doesn?t let me submit it . Has anyone else that Jack in the box has reached out to on these comments tried togo to the website and do a complaint ? And if so have you been able to submit it ? This jack is the only one in my town, it?ssupposed to be open 24/7 but for some reason past 10ish or so their system is always down right! Well last night they finallylost me as a costumer. I went and order a grilled chicken salad(among other things including a five piece nugget that wasmissing)and it was the most disappointing purchase ever! The salad was just giving, the lettuce was damn near white, no cherrytomatoes, no bacon bites, no carrots, the cheese smelled funny, three funny looking cucumbers, and to top it all off cold pieceof chicken! Ordered delivery through the app, waited about 20 minutes or so. I never really leave bad reviews on places but I ordered a... burger the mayo was all over the place in the wrapper, it was super sloppy I couldn't even eat it..but everything else was okay. Read more
A bit ridiculous to have to shut down the place for a shift change. Pulled into the drive thru at 9:56 and sat there waiting for... someone to say something to take my order, didn?t get any response till 10:10 telling me they were ?in the middle of shiftchange? and that it would take 15 minutes before they could take orders. What place closes that long? Other places are able tochange staff while remaining open. And if you are having to shut down why are all the lights on? Let people know you are notopen so we don?t waste time sitting there. We can go somewhere else if you are closed. So frustrating. Read more
Ordered tacos from here and the shell on all of them were broken, some didn?t have anything inside just the shell or a very... little bit of lettuce. Very disappointed and they could take their time in making the food right and not all sloppy. Read more
