So I decided to try the Detroit style pizza (think I prefer the regular pizza) ordered online for carryout got there paid for... the pizza and less than 1 minute it was ready . Made just the way I ordered it. Oh my goodness pizza hut crosby , tbh we would like to support bussiness near us. We order twice in a row , sept 24 night time... and sept 25 afternoon we bought complain in doordash and they refunded both. The reason is order it with no sause but still theyput sauce and for some reason the bread are rubbery, i dont understand how they make it like that but its really rubbery. I lovepizza hut pizza and i miss it when we still living in south padre island. That was so good and i miss and i crave for it and tryto order it in crosby. Not again. They need to do sometjing in this location. Pizza i can really say itbwas horrible. Employeesnot paying attention. It was also hot but just really super rubbery. I ordered 2 pizzas, both were so greasy. When I picked a piece up grease just dripped off of it and was puddled up in the box. ... Had I not been so tired from work, I would have taken them back. Read more
Went in to pick up pizza, first thing they said is, we made you pizza wrong but do you still want it.. then notice, employees... coughing all over the pizzas as they are making them, picking nose and ears then touching the dough. My order, the pizza I received with little to no cheese, and what I walked in and found. No one in the store. SMH. Horrible... place. My order instructions weren't followed. I asked for pepper packets and for the pizza to be cut into squares. I didn't receive... either of those requests.
