Was hungry til I took 1 bite of my French dip to find plastic in between my roast beef! Absolutely disgusting! Take the sandwich... back and all I hear is that didn?t come off a glove.. DOES IT MATTER! It?s freaking plastic inside a customers sandwich! I?m awatcher and upon watching inside I see one with gloves on but the thumbs cut out, really what?s the point of you wearinggloves.. very disgusted with this Arby?s. No food to offer for seniors by them self to eat. Serving to big for people late 70s and 80s. Very good if you eat large... portions of food. No small combo of food to serve. Read more
Always closes early and never has a full menu, the worst Arbys around. No need in going here go to Nitro.

We went through drive through and it took 20 minutes to get our food. We weren't given all our food and we waited by window for... 10 minutes to tell someone our food was missing but the manager yelled We are closed, before finally letting us tell them. Theinternet and signs say it closes at 10 but they told us this at 9. Very disappointed with the customer service provided even bya manager. Read more
This location discontinued their wraps because they don't have any of the chicken for them... And I specifically come here for... the wraps. So I asked the gentleman if he could make one but with turkey instead, and he literally refused. He said they werenot "allowed". I don't know what sort of agency is watching these people make wraps, but I definitely don't want them to get introuble for subbing out chicken for turkey... insanity. Went through the Arby's in Cross Lanes on October 31st at 8:38 p.m.. they left a complete sandwich out of my order the sandwich... I got was the worst sandwich I've ever had from an Arby's and it was just a regular roast beef. It's going to be a long longtime before I drive through another Arby's. Read more
