This place has definitely went downhill. Always out of something and there are some rude people that work there. Lord forbid you... bother anyone at Subway for a sandwich. Small truck stop. Has everything you need, but a small amount of parking. Definitely recommend if you get there early enough.
Diesel lanes is not taking regular credit cards to fuel. Have to prepay inside for certain amount, which means you have to go... inside, prepay and come back fuel up and than go back for receipt. I went at the front regular pumps cus it was raining and ididnt wanna walk around to prepay, plus i needed full tank which means i wanna use the card to fill it up. And pump never gaveme a receipt. I had to go inside and the front door was locked with the sign to use back door which is very inconvenient,especially it rained and it was very windy. Bathrooms dont have napkins or paper towels to dry hands. This place is not a goodMAPCO brand!!! Read more

Had been up all night driving. Was low on fuel and tired, so I figured "ahhhhhh. there's a Mapco will stop here, get some ice, a... cold drink, and... some of their delicious chicken tenders, then take my 10hr break. NOT! The ice machine is "INOP" and hasbeen for a while. The lady at the cashiers station told me " oh the soft drinks dispenced are cold tho"..., again " NOT"!. Theywere "FLAT"! Hardly any carbonation. When I told her the drinks were not cold she said "sorry" and walked off to help anothercustomer. Oh and the tenders..., NOPE! they quit selling them too. Now I have seen other stores just get bags of ice from thebagged ice locker, and dump them.into the machine so their customers can have " COLD" drinks. And at their expense too!! Thisplace is an all around embarrassment to the "Mapco" name. I have been a loyal customer for over 10yrs frequently fueling my 18wheeler and cars at their locations and have never experienced what I did at this location. Read the reviews, I am not the onlycustomer dissatisfied. Will do my best not to come back here. We, the motoring public, deserve better for our hard earneddollars. Read more
Go here a lot, overall it?s a solid place. However, manager Cynthia is an extremely rude and unpleasant person. One of their... pumps went past my pre pay, and she acted like it was my fault even after I said I had no problem paying the difference. I own a Trucking Co. in Lexington, KY. I purposely route my trucks to this Fuel Stop everytime the Lane will permit it. They... consistently have the best buy on Truck Fuel east of the Mississippi River. It is good high performing fuel and not watereddown!! The food is good.. If you want a 5 Star meal go to Jeff Ruby's, not a truckstop! The Employees are always friendly andwithout any doubt appreciate our business.. Job well done!! Read more
