Excellent coffee and excellent service! My only suggestion would be with the chocolate chip cookie. Mine was more cake-like than... I prefer (I like the all butter chocolate chip cookies). But still good flavor. I will definitely stop here every time I passthrough Cross Plains. I sincerely wish they were closer to my home. I would stop there more often. Wonderful! Read more
It was my first time visiting. Delicious coffee! Great customer service.
The two ladies that were working that day, were more interested in chatting to each other than the customer. There were no... covers at the counter and I had to ask for one, they finally brought out more, when I said I couldn't find them. Seem to be abig effort. And the coffee wasn't that drinkable, probable had sat there long enough. Read more
Everyone here is so nice and eager to help! I'm a big fan of the scones, but everything tastes great! The coffee is always great... and roasted regularly and the space is light and cozy. The staff makes you feel welcome and I'm certain I could sit here forhours just enjoying myself. Fave coffee shop I've been to! Read more
I love this place! Crossroads is my favorite place to do some work on my laptop, have a coffee date with my husband, or bring my... little girls for some mommy-daughter time. They love the baked goods and I love the coffee :) The owners are wonderful peopleand you can tell they take a lot of pride in serving their community! If I could give 10 stars, I would! Read more
The staff is so friendly. The coffee is more than you could ask for! It?s extremely hard for me not to stop for a Caramel Cream... every morning before work! Very nice atmosphere! Child and pet friendly as well which makes it an extra special place in myopinion! Read more
Great coffee and ALWAYS friendly staff! I occasionally go to get a change of scenery while I work and in the summer we LOVE... walking there with our pup to sit outside. Love that there's always a bowl of water and dog treats :) We've visited both thecoffee shop, and, recently the Creekside Scoop for Ice cream. The owners are present at all of their locations and always takethe time to chat with customers like friends. Can't say enough! Read more
