It?s a very small store, there?s usually only one employee, often a local teen or something. I tend to only go during the day,... and get a frozen drink and/or donut, so I?ve never had any issues, service has been good too. Though it doesn?t seem like thenicest Dunkin around, it does the job. If you?re really picky about this kind of thing or something goes wrong, you can alwayswalk further down to the grocery or bagel store. Read more
Came here to buy breakfast. The store was empty and I waited about 7 mins for some one to come help me while the 2 employees... ignored me I asked for their attention, after i ordered the food the person working gives me my drink and no sandwich when Iasked for sandwich the you g men making the sandwich gives me an attitude because he forgot to make it . No way to really eat this. The croissant is broken on both sides.
I've tried to go there around 7pm for a frozen coffee twice over a few weeks and both times was told they couldn't make frozen... drinks because they had run out. I left disappointed having bought nothing. If they are consistently selling out of somethingthen they should be stocking more of it. Read more
We went to the store and got ONE blueberry donuts. We gave a lady working at the store $20 and did not pay attention to the... change she gave me. We did not ask for receipt either. When I looked the change later (my daughter wanted to know how much onedonuts costs) , she only gave us $13.51. I called the store and was told there is nothing they can as I did not have receipt. I go here Saturdays and Sundays when I'm visiting my family up here and Dylan is there most of the time. He is such a hard... worker and really cares about the customers. Always asks how you day is going and etc. I haven't seen him in a while,hopefully he is doing okay. Would Def recommend Dylan to other businesses. Read more
I?d like to contact the owner or manager. There?s a certain worker who persistently locks the door an hour early when he?s... scheduled to close. I work at the school down the road and come for the same drink at 6pm 5 times out of the week. When theother kids close they stay open till 7pm. However when this particular worker closes it?s always and every time an hour early.Not cool. Read more
