TL;DR Probably won't be back. I was pretty excited to give this place a go. The decor is relaxed and inviting and the service... was good but none of us were jazzed about the food. The double-meat Tejano Burger was really dry and the patties are very thin(2 of them equal 1 patty anywhere else), it needs something to add some moisture back in. The salad tasted like it had beenaround for a bit, just kinda earthy. Kiddos enjoyed the soda and about half a chicken tender each. We didn't drink so maybe itjust works better as a sports bar. The food is the bomb dot come. Great fresh burgers and more. Unfortunately sometimes there are one too many teens serving and... service falls a little. Great spot for those with kids as well, plenty of sports and music . Gaming areas comes handy, one forthe young ones and one for the grown ups. The manager is awesome and seems to always be there like all the time. So glad it'sclose to home because we are always looking forward to our next visit. Husband loves and swears by their wings. I also love thesink area available outside the restrooms. So convenient if you just need to was hand and not touch doors. Read more
Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon. The place was busy but we were seated really quick. I ordered the half order of brisket... nachos. My wife ordered buffalo chicken sandwich. The nachos were good but brisket dries out when reheated. The onion rings wereso good I stole several from my wife. Overall a great experience. Great food (the burgers are SO good!), drinks, and live music on the patio on Wednesday?s! Highly recommend Bottlecap Alley for... the whole family. They have games out on the patio that our kids enjoyed while we ate and listened to the music. Willdefinitely be back many times over. Read more
It was okay. The food was not great, brisket nachos were not very good. I wouldn't order them again. The waitress was very... sweet, but not very attentive. She seemed friendly though. Maybe the food is better if you drink a bunch of beer with yourmeal? Waited about 20 minutes before anyone came to the table. Saw several workers standing around but not too busy withproviding service to customers. Brisket on the nachos was practically flavorless. Tasted microwaved or not prepared in house.This is Texas, do better. I might go back but I wouldn't order the brisket nachos. Prices seemed reasonable. Although in a placelike this they should NEVER say Market Pricing on anything. This is basic bar food. Nothing special. My kid got the mini corndogs, again prepackaged, and sweet potato fries. We did not receive the "free" ice cream that is supposed to come with the kidsmeal. Read more
This place was surprisingly good! I am a vegetarian and they have a black bean burger and delicious appetizers. They even had... some non-alcohilic beer! Not to mention they had soccer playing! When we came here when it first opened, I liked the staff and food. Nothing special, but not a bad experience either. However,... the restaurant system was odd. When you walked in, you had to mark your order on the paper you received, and checkout before yousat down to eat. Not a horrible system, just got crowded super quick. We quit going because we felt the restaurant was still toonew. Fast forward to yesterday, and we decided to give it another shot. Absolutely blown away! They changed the system to theregular sit down system and I loved it. Our waitress was super friendly and the food came out really fast! Super good andconsistent! I have to say I am super impressed with how Bottlecap redid things and I can?t wait to go again. Read more
