One star is way too much of a compliment. Terribly average with top shelf prices. Probably wouldn't mind the prices IF the food... was at least good. Tasteless food, boring. Can't get orders right. Yes they are open! The online ordering was down but I was able to place an order in store no problem! Also I got a busy signal... on their phone but I got my sandwich and good to go. It's a good day in Crossroads now that firehouse subs is open! Read more
We were greeted by a very upset cashier who seemed upset that we came in at 601p on a Friday Night. The staff let the phone... continue to ring while taking our order. We were thr only ones in the store. Yes, it is a sandwich shop, but come on. Benice, be happy, be human. There is no team chemistry, they seem at odds with each other.
