This branch of Fuzzys has gone down hill. My last two take out orders have been incorrect. The first incorrect order wasnt a big... deal- small mistakes happen. This last one really irritated me. This time I ordered on the app, and scheduled a 6:30 pm pickup. I arrived early and my food was on the counter. First problem- the female at the front was sitting in the counter anddidn't even get up when I walked up. Gross. This is a restaurant. Staff should not be sitting on the counter! 2nd problem- Iordered chips and queso. It was not in the bag. She went and got me a small half full paper bag of chips. I asked where is theplastic bag that the chips usually come in. She argued and said they are always served in a paper bag. I said "no, they areusually in a taped plastic bag with reheating instructions." She argued again. I finally just said "can you please just put morechips in the bag, because this is light". Showing irritation, she went back to the kitchen and they gave me maybe a handfulmore chips." No apology at all. 3rd problem- the entire order was cold! I live 5 min away from the store so it did not happed intransit. They obviously made the food too early and it sat on the counter too long. 4th problem- I was given a California heattacos instead of a regular tempura shrimp. I'll drive the extra distance from now on and hopefully the Prosper location hasbetter employees. Read more
Hands down the worst experience I?ve ever had at a Fuzzys taco. Staff was awful especially the cooking staff.
I would rate lower, but it won?t let me. We took friends there for dinner and asked the manager to change the TV from Political... TV to the football game on a Sunday night? the manager told us he would change it when he was done cooking, we were the onlypeople in there. He called the police when we waiting for him to be done cooking. I went in to ask why, and he told me I couldleave his establishment. I never cussed or said anything rude to him. The little girl at the register is rude, then she rolls her eyes when I ordered a ground beef burrito and says they are outta... ground beef. Really your a taco shop this should be a requirement. None of the tables were wiped down as well as the soda area.While the cashier and another girl just sat around on their phones. Let?s not even start on the food as you can see I?m thepicture the sour cream was actually sour. Then our buzzer ran out of batteries and we sat there for another 30min before I wentup to the window and asked if the certain bag was my order, the kitchen staff was great if it wasn?t for the two girls I wouldboost the stars. I would not come back to this Fuzzys I?ll rather drive 30 minutes to another one. This is the second time wehave had a bad experience last time young kid closed on a Tuesday night at 7pm. So even though I've had plenty of good experiences at this location (essentially my go to spot for lunch for 1.5 years) I have... now had 2 separate experiences of having hair in my food. I have voiced these concerns to the manager because none of the cookswho have beards/facial hair wear beard guards. I was informed that this location does not require their cooks to wear any. Forthat reason I am leaving this review to inform others that the possibility of getting hair in your food is fairly high as thislocation does not deem it necessary to take the proper precautions to prevent it from happening. I have given chances but thisis the final time I will deal with this. I will not return to this location and I would encourage others to inspect their foodfirst before biting into it. Read more
Today was my first time trying Fuzzy's. I was craving some Tacos. First thing that I loved right away was the ability to order... online. I always google the menu of a place I haven't tried before to see what they offer, and I was pleasantly surprised to seethat order online option. The website was very easy to use. I ordered three kids meals and the kids loved them. My oldest and Iordered the burrito bowls. SO YUMMY. Definitely a new favorite and I liked that after paying my order online, once I went in itwas ready to pick up. I had a great experience and will definitely be back. Don't mind the picture... LOL I had already startedto eat and wanted to snap a picture of the burrito bowl so I could post this review. It was delicious. Read more
