A busy McDonald's for sure, but have yet to run into a food problem! Taste and quality as to be expected from McDonald's if not... better than some of the chain locations in the city. The only hardship is the line during busy hours but they get you through itrather quickly all things considered. Always check mobile orders and large drive through orders! They're not forgetting thingson purpose, they're just all trying to fill bags together and some things get missed. Mobile orders I have come to find willtell you things are available that they may have run out of. Just something to keep in mind. Friendly staff, they add and removethings as requested. Always missing food. This time they forgot half my order. I went inside, showed my receipt and tried to explain what I was... missing. I asked for a pen, and a worker stared at me and ignored me. Staff wanted to argue saying I received it, theneventually figured it out amongst themselves that they were wrong. I received my missing items, checked the bag, and still wasmissing a McChicken. I notified them, they then tossed me a McChicken. To sum it up: -Some Staff weren't even wearinguniforms and standing around -Terrible attitudes -Staff confused and bad communication -Missed my food I recommend retrainingyour night staff and your drive through crew to make sure orders are accurate.
