From right when you pull up in the drive thru. They make you feel like you're a part of their family. Food is always hot and... fresh. The sauce is smooth and tastes amazing. I recommend the three finger combo with a large lemonade or sweet tea. great forlunch and/or dinner. Read more

I've yet to have consistent, good experiences with this location. I chalked it up to them being a new restaurant, still learning... the ropes. I've experienced undercooked food, overly greasy food, fries tasting of old grease, etc. My meal last night of stripsand fries left me sick and I'm certain this restaurant is to blame. The staff is always friendly but you visit a fast foodrestaurant for good food and this location is lacking. While this spot is closer to home (5 mins), I will drive to the Friscolocation from here on out. It's a longer drive but I'm way more confident in their ability to provide good service AND goodfood. I was visiting from out of state. I never heard of Canes. It was recommended to us. They raved about the sauce. I liked the... chicken. I thought the sauce was just OK. The crinkle fries were way under cooked. And crinkle fries??? Really? If youre onlygoing to prepare one type of meal , you should have it perfected. Did not try the slaw. Read more

Worst location I've been to. I'm eating my meal 3 minutes after getting to-go and the chicken is already soggy. Fries are not... fresh and are hardly warm. I had an early lunch at 11:35. Food tastes like the stuff made right when they opened. Read more
