August 6, 8:10pm. We placed our order through the mobile app. We ordered a bacon Cheeseburger, Supersonic Double Cheeseburger,... (received a single), a Frito Chili Wrap (came with no Fritos), large Chocolate shake (it was not mixed, and had so muchchocolate in it, it was a very dark brown color with vanilla ice cream in the bottom). I tried calling the number on my receiptbut there was no answer and the voice mail was full. We love Sonic but there has been a severe decline in this location over thelast few months. I have not reported previously but could not let it pass this time. Especially since I'm paying for stuff I'mnot getting or is unfit to drink. Attention to detail is definitely not a priority here. I feel like this place hasn't always been this bad. But the past few times we've gone, food has been absolutely awful. Fries are... always hard, stale and overcooked. You can tell they just reheat the fries by flash frying them. Same thing with the chicken.Its always overcooked and tough. Either their fryers are on too high or they don't care. I?ve had some issues with this sonic recently, I think they were very understaffed.
