August 6, 8:10pm. We placed our order through the mobile app. We ordered a bacon Cheeseburger, Supersonic Double Cheeseburger,... (received a single), a Frito Chili Wrap (came with no Fritos), large Chocolate shake (it was not mixed, and had so muchchocolate in it, it was a very dark brown color with vanilla ice cream in the bottom). I tried calling the number on my receiptbut there was no answer and the voice mail was full. We love Sonic but there has been a severe decline in this location over thelast few months. I have not reported previously but could not let it pass this time. Especially since I'm paying for stuff I'mnot getting or is unfit to drink. Attention to detail is definitely not a priority here. First off I spent 20$ there which isn?t cheap. They took 15 minutes to bring my food out and everything was cold. I feel like this place hasn't always been this bad. But the past few times we've gone, food has been absolutely awful. Fries are... always hard, stale and overcooked. You can tell they just reheat the fries by flash frying them. Same thing with the chicken.Its always overcooked and tough. Either their fryers are on too high or they don't care. I only come here now when I?m really in the mood for Sonic and I don?t wanna travel to another location. Their quality of food... and service has really downgraded recently. The staff is mostly friendly, I have only had around two bad experiences with themover the years. Unfortunately the food has not been a fun experience recently at all. My burger patty today was good and hot,but the over abundance of mayonnaise ruined the whole burger for me. The fries had good salt, but were room temperature and verystale. The gravy has always tasted like runny flour and pepper with a very gritty and powdery texture, and today proved to be nodifferent. Overall, quality has really lacked. The only consistent good thing are the amazing mozzarella sticks and wonderfulsweet tea. I will not be going to this location again for a long time. Read more
Waited 20 min for food. Car hop walked out as slow as a sloth to deliver cold food. Fries were hard as rocks, and the burger... was soggy, cold, and not edible. Terrible. Read more
I didn't want to eat here. We order from this Sonic's once every 6 or so months and they mess our order up every time. They were... consistently awful this time. My child's grilled cheese was burned black on both sides. My ocean water was a flat coke. Mydouble bacon burger was a single patty with disgusting, soggy, black scrapings on it instead of bacon. I?ve had some issues with this sonic recently, I think they were very understaffed. But tonight I got some food and it was... really good no complaints, I just wanted to shout out my guy Roy super helpful and nice. 10/10 service, my man?s needs to get araise. It?s pretty easy for fast food employees to not care about their jobs, but Roy killed it. Also shout outs the guy takingthe orders he was great too. Read more
