This Starbucks always makes my drink just right and has the friendliest staff. I made the mistake of getting my drink from... another location when I knew I would be close to this one later on. Fast forward to me pulling into this drive thru to ask if Icould pay for some add ins in a cup to fix my drink from the other location and the Cross Roads store insisted on making me anew drink for free. Your Tuesday morning barista was great! I can be kind of indecisive about coffee because they?re either too strong or too... sugary. She made a great recommendation and I loved my drink. Always getting my drink orders wrong I want to cry. I can?t immediately sip a taste from my extremely hot coffee to see if it?s... correct or not. By the time I figure it?s was made wrong I?m at work and can?t leave. I?ve asked for blonde vanilla lattes andout of the last 3 times I?ve ordered this, they?ve only gotten it right ONCE. Both times after that they have forgotten thevanilla and it?s just straight bland. Just a waste of my money that literally goes down the drain. Read more

This is by far the worst Starbucks I?ve been to. The employee taking orders at the window today couldn?t provide the coffee I... asked for, she was confused on how I asked for a venti for a triple espresso?? I always order the same coffee, and I?ve neverhad a problem with it at any other location. But then once I got my coffee they were small, then I had to remind her they wereLarge, THEN they literally just poured it on a large cup , added foam and called it a day!!! I asked her why did it look alreadymixed if usually the espresso is at the bottom and the foam on top , all the way to the top let me clarify.. she gave me thiswack explanation cause she knew what they had done. And whatever I drove off I was already super annoyed. Then I notice she onlygave me 3, I had ordered 4 coffee?s. So I had to go back in the drive thru line and say they had forgotten one of my coffees,and she saids oh just pull up to the window and we will GIVE you one..? I feel as that was rude because it wasn?t being given ,I paid for it!! Just horrible, once I got home everyone complained the coffee wasn?t sweet , so obviously they weren?t maderight?. Read more
