We went to the drive through and I was confused once I ordered because they had two lanes (A & B) and I was told to pull up to... the 2nd window... Well I pulled in lane A after ordering in lane B but they did not mix out order up and I was so thankfulbecause it would have been my fault! Ordered a burger with meat, cheese, and mustard only through the drive-thru. Burger had everything instead. Took the burger... inside with the receipt. They took the burger, with no apologies, and I waited 15 minutes for it to be remade. Took a quickglance and noticed little to no mustard. Asked for a side of mustard. Once home, realized there were residual onions andlettuce..meaning they made me wait 15 min to manually remove the veggies without having actually remade the burger. I could havedone that myself. Slow to get my food. Typically 30 minutes give or take for the drive through. Drinks always taste off. They are stingy with the... sauce. French fries are always limp. They often forget to add atleast one of my items. Overpriced for the quality you get.Whataburger is not what it used to be. Read more
I didn?t actually eat here for this review, this is more for the disappointing fact that they are still making employees stand... by the drive through lane and take orders rather then using the two speaker monitors they have. It?s over 100 degrees outside,treat your employees better. It?s a sad that you treat your employees like that. Do better. Read more
