Food is so-so, setting and location are excellent. I would say it's worth a trip for the ambiance, especially if it's nice out... and you can sit outside. Nice place to stroll the grounds and check out the beautiful gardens and view while you wait for yourfood. The inside is pretty nice as well. I would go back, but probably just for drinks and maybe a small snack, and save myappetite for Petoskey. Read more

Great polish food, a huge selection of beers, including a lot of polish imports, and good cocktails and desserts. The... atmosphere really makes it stand out with whimsical and creepy wood carvings and animal heads everywhere. Read up on itshistory. Made of all local logs and stone, it really feels like up north. They're only open through October and it gets reallybusy. I'd suggest showing up for lunch before they open. We were there a half hour before they opened and there was already along line. Be patient; it's with it! Read more

What a wonderful experience we had trying Polish food at Legs Inn. FYI... expect a wait time due to its popularity and cozyness.... We ordered a few appetizers but the potato pancakes paired with sour cream and warm apples were our favorite. We ended upgetting their popular Tour Of Poland dish and loved each bite. We came to visit friends and decided to checkout the Tunnel ofTrees and planned to try this restaurant. I recommend it to anyone who is visiting and want to cozy up and eat some polishfood. This is an iconic northern Michigan restaurant that meets its hype. The food is great, the views fantastic and the interior... provides so much to look it. Everyone said their food was delicious. The stuffed cabbage and kielbasa I had was tasty andhuge. This is well worth the visit and wait time. Read more

I had heard such great things that we had to take a Sunday morning detour further north before heading back home and we... definitely don't regret it! We got there as they opened and were able to sit our large party outside (party of 12). The foodreminded me of the Sunday dinners at my paternal grandparents' house as a kid. All of the old world Polish delicacies weredelicious and the serving sizes were good. How could one not enjoy their food in such an amazing and picturesque surrounding? We will definitely find our way back here. Read more

I was at Leg Inn 10 years ago and loved it. This time, I wanted to share this place with my husband. I love polish food. My... husband really enjoyed it. He never had polish food and really loved the Polish sampler. I could have had 10 more perogis. Worth the wait if you have to wait. Be sure to walk outside. This place has great views of Lake Michigan Read more

Was recommended by someone in Georgia. On our traveling through Michigan we met up with some friends from Florida who were... RVing in Michigan too. They said they wanted to eat here before we suggested it, that was perfect. As for the restaurant, theservice was outstanding, even with us coming while the restaurant was extremely busy. We enjoyed some good Polish beers withour meal. A what a meal! The food was right on point with flavors and portions. This has become a new stop for us whenever weare in the area. Read more
