Most of the time the food isn't prepared and the wait is long. Some workers, not all, are VERY RUDE.

What a disappointment. Waited 10 minutes in the drive through for somebody to take my order. After about 5 minutes I asked if... anybody was there, and I?m met with a sort of attitude saying she?ll be with me in a minute (this has happened more than once).After ordering, it took another 5 minutes for my food to be ready, with nobody ahead of me in the drive through. On to the door?First off, don?t tell me that an item doesn?t exist that?s listed on your menu (no, not out of stock, but that it doesn?texist)? especially when I had the item a few days before. Second, they can?t seem to get an order right. Ordered two BBQ chickenlittles. Received two buffalo chicken littles. Fed up, I went inside to have them replaced. What a joy? the bread had just beenpulled out of the fridge, so my ?new? sandwiches had cold bread. Yum. Get back out to my truck, sure enough the gravy is missing(or almost non-existent) in my other item? I'm sick of these people being rude and not giving me the food I pay for. I ordered a 5 pc tender tonight with a side of mashed... potatoes and gravy and ordered an extra side of Mac n cheese. The guy didn't give me a receipt and then I was told that my Mac ncheese was in the box. Get home and I have no mashed potatoes. The last time I visited no one answered the intercom so I pulledup and the guy serving the car ahead of me looked directly at me. When I pulled up he walked away from the window and no oneelse ever came to the window. I will not be going back. Please do not waste your money here. It is not worth it. Had to wait to place order then told they are out of original recipe chicken!!!!!! Was told it would be 15 minutes to make more... chicken ...walked out. I guess the management doesn?t know that they should make more chicken when the bins are empty... Read more
Forgot how good crispy was! 4 ???? minor hiccup on the order, but, THE FOOD was delicious!
