I havent been to crossett in over 3 years. We arrived and went to get drinks here. Drive thru was the rudest lady I've ever... dealt with. They didnt make one of our drink DIET as I asked when ordering. I had to return to get them to remake..we have adiabetic who CANNOT HAVE SUGAR..ONLY DIET DRINKS...tthe sonic people inside still got it wrong. Rude rude rude! The worstexperience I've ever had at a Sonic. You have the easiest job, making sodas, if you cant do that one simple task, go get a bookand learn how to listen and keep the attitude out of your customer interactions. LEARN HOW TO BE PROFESSIONALS IN YOUR FIELD,even if its making a simple drink order the RIGHT WAY! Very sad you are that miserable and take it out on your customers!!!! Read more

I have visited many Sonics. This has been my worst location, consistently. The ingredients on my burger on my last visit were... old, my bin ripped and smashed. The fries were horrendous. They didn't even feel like they were sitting in a warmer, they werevery very cold. No one in the car could eat them. My carhop had the biggest attitude. He said the right words, but his tone andbody language told me he thought I was a disgusting pig, or he really really hates his job. At least the food matched theservice. Read more
