This is the quality of their curly fries. Basically just nubs and ends. Upon complaint, I was given my box of nubs back and told... this is how all the curly fries coming out of the bag look and told, "They taste the same." Yeah, right. They were not wortheating. Read more
Nothing like a raw chicken sandwich for lunch and they got the rest of the order wrong also. Out of lemonade. I would say... majorly under staffed like everywhere else. The only reason why I gave 3 stars instead of 1 is the employee who waited on usand the manager were very helpful at getting the problem taken care of. Now we wait for the salmonella to kick in. If I could leave no stars I would! Worst Arby's I have EVER been to. The line took thirty mins to move inside and they messed up... my order (forgot cheese on my beef and cheddar) then hands me a cheese cup to pour on my sandwich as a remedy ????wth! Then thecook kept coming into the lobby to give his girlfriend that was sitting in a booth free food every few mins! Horrible food andstaff and just plain poor service! Staff unfriendly, got order wrong. Food cold. Ants all over condiment bar. Food and trash in floors. Blocked off restrooms... because they smell like marijuana.Can hear staff yelling and arguing from dining area. Horrible place to eat. Read more
I normally don?t leave reviews but this is ridiculous. We ordered a regular beef and Swiss sandwich and got a market beef and... Swiss sandwich which was cost more than the other one. We also ordered curly fries and received regular Fries without salt. Wealso did not get any napkins or straws. I don?t know if they?re having a bad day or what but I wish they would get their acttogether. Read more
