All was good Except not one employee knew how to input our paper gift card so we could use it. They said we would have to use it... when a manager was present. Written instructions need to be near the cash register and all employees trained so this doesn'thappen again. Read more

As good as 'fast food' seafood can be. Their southern style fish, lobster rolls, and hush puppies are delicious. Their chicken... tenders look like the ones I buy in the freezer section at the supermarket, so nothin special there. But it's good they have itfor my non fish eaters. Overall good food and service however the prices seem too high. Read more
4th of July at about 6:30p. The batter coating the fish was tough. Could barely cut through it to get to the fish of what there... was of it. Obviously something has changed w fish and batter. Coleslaw was very strong past use by date am sure. Place was dirtyand greasy. Windows and blinds dirty s&p shakers so greasy they slid through my fingers. We have always enjoyed our visits everycouple of months. Will never go back! Read more

How do I write this review? The fried whitefish was great. It was a chore conveying my order to the staff and I guess I got a... little frustrated and yelled. I was outside at the speaker so not quite sure how I offended the teenager but anyway I tried toorder a white fish dinner with three pieces of fish and all I heard is "It only comes with one piece of fish." Then I'd say,"OK, add two more." Then they'd say, "So you want three dinners?" and I'd say, "no, one with three pieces." Then they'd say,"but it only comes with one." So you can see my source of frustration. They said they didn't want to serve me but I went insideand calmed them down. They got offended through the speaker. However, the dinner was great.
