Ordered a three-piece Wing meal combo asked how much three more wings would be they were more actually than the three piece... meal they wanted $8.99 for three little wings so then my husband orders it says he wants a two-piece and tells the girl what hewants she was a little slow on the uptake but that's neither here nor there the manager comes up interrupts and without evenknowing what our order was start telling the girl what to do and what to give to give us. The manager gave my husband athree-piece instead of a two-piece and I said fine no problem we'll go with it but then I asked for an extra piece of chicken, aleg which I paid $3 for or I was supposed to pay $3 for and she the manager turned around and told the guy packing to give myhusband two legs and a breast well needless to say I did not get my extra leg. I ordered mashed potatoes and gravy and corn,the mashed potatoes and gravy you could tell had sat out for quite a while the corn looked and tasted like it had been there fora week which I didn't eat I threw away it just was all around a bad experience. If Harlan Sanders was alive today he'd be verydisappointed in the way Kentucky fried Chicken is run I know he's rolling in his grave thinking about how high the prices havegotten and how the employees are not trained in customer relations. Ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches and from the time of order to the bag handed to us was about 30 seconds. Both sandwiches... were cold. So much for fried to order!!! Read more
Chicken was nasty. Scrap pieces and extremely greasy. Seems like we got bottom of the pan. In total our bill was 38.00 for slaw... mashed potatoes Mac n cheese and biscuits. We tried to call after I got home and they did not answer well they picked up thenhung up. Extremely disappointed. Read more
$35 for this. The two tablespoons of Mac n cheese was $3 alone. Not even a month ago we could get a great deal with double the... amount of food that would feed 5 maybe 6 ppl. The prices have gone up and the portions have come way down. I definitely will notbe buying from KFC anymore. Read more
Went to order a holiday meal deal no breast available at 630 pm cook time 25 minutes an can't give me extra tenders bc they... won't cook enough chicken... WOW! TERRIBLE SERVICE KFC but be happy all your help was standing around with a thumb up theirbutt! Read more
