The young girl in the drive thru raking orders was rude and had a horrible attitude. So much so that I went inside to talk to... the manager (which is extremely rare of me). The manager was great and the young boy that took our order inside was fantastic.Both of them were polite and seemed understanding and apologized for the actions of the rude girl. Read more

They do great except understanding what party fries means on door dash. Party fries is NOT just a large. Will not order doordash... from any stores around here anymore. I give 3 stars because they had no initiative to reimburse the issue. Plus they're pricegauged anyways. Read more
Due to being allergic to onion's I don't eat Krystal very often due to the fact almost every store either comes packed with them... or still has ones where you can see they tried to scrape them off afterwards. Not only was they completely onion free they wassome of the best I have had in awhile, no soggy bread and nice and warm. Read more
It has been years since I have been to a Krystals. Not the most healthy option, by far. But today I decided to stop in. I am... glad I did. Funny thing is. It was the customer service that made this visit so enjoyable. The young man at the counter wasespecially friendly and helpful. I was very impressed. Food was way over priced,for what I ordered should have been around $10-$12 but it was $19.33 and the food was horrible. The... last 2 times I have done Krystal in 2 different cities btw food was awful,cold and way too expensive, I don't see Krystalremaining open much longer tbh.I know I won't be buying from them ever again.
