Just a great long-standing mom and pop BBQ restaurant. The food was exactly what we needed to finish our trip home. The owner... was friendly, the servers were so sweet, and the food was delicious. The price was good for the portions. And one more amazingthing- the bathrooms were clean, which means a lot on a road trip. Highly recommend this place! Read more
The food was really good. The portions are big, you will probably have left overs for lunch the next day. I got the chicken and... ribs, I was stuffed and had leftovers for the next day. The pulled pork was an excellent choice on another visit and the beansare very good as well. The prices are fair and the service is fast if your looking for a quick bite. Amazing. Right beside Pilot so truckers can walk to it. The staff and owner was super friendly and the food was amazing. I got... the sampler plate so I could eat on it for a few days and it did not disappoint. I think I have enough food for 3 or 4 meals. Ialso got the blackberry cobbler, but could not eat it. So my fridge is full and ready to go. Chicken and ribs are super tenderand fell off the bone!!! Will most definitely be back!!!! The homemade chips were the best I have ever had!!!! Really not impressed. I've been to a lot of BBQ restaurants & competitions, and all of them puts these guys to shame. Heck, they... all have more meat in their pulled pork sandwiches than these guys. Not to mention the onion rings don't even taste as good asthe ones you can get at the fair or even in a packaged bag from the grocery store. Absolutely would not recommend this place forgood BBQ.
